fantastic stay in perfect location
perfect locationfriendly staffgrubby carpet
the location is superb for visiting the cathedral, it stands only yards away. breakfast offered a good standard of food, and i found the staff lovely. i would happily stay here again, as the value for money was excellent.
i did notice some wear on the mattress, and the carpet was a bit grubby. the shower, although functional, was quite basic. these small issues didn't ruin my stay, but some refurbishment would certainly elevate the experience.

The hotel features a charming garden, a big fireplace decorates one of the rooms and a restaurant is attached to the hotel. The entire building is nicely remodeled. also parking is available for the guests.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to ensure all needs were met. prompt service was provided in the restaurant, despite how busy it was at times, it was great. the reception offered assistance with luggage.

The bar offers a variety of beers. the menu includes delicious options. Fish and chips as well as steak stood out. the breakfast was excellent. the food tasted fresh, and the presentation was good.

i found the location convenient, right on the market square. the room had excellent facilities, including thoughtful provision of ear plugs. my bed was very comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. the staff were friendly.
The breakfast quality was slightly disappointing. The volume was not abundant.

the location was really convenient. breakfast was good and offered a nice selection. i liked that the historic building had so much character.
the shower was not easy to turn off. the bathroom needed some attention as i noticed a missing toilet roll holder. also, the room felt quite cold on arrival.
